Yes! While our center is based in Banepa, we have a robust distribution network that supplies fresh Darshan products to major hubs including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.
Where do you collect your milk from?
We work directly with over 500 local farming families in the Kavre and Terai regions. This ensures we get the freshest milk while supporting our local agricultural community.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
We are currently researching more eco-friendly packaging options. At present, we encourage all our consumers to dispose of our HDPE bottles and plastic pouches responsibly through local recycling programs.
Can students or researchers visit the center?
As a Research Center, we welcome academic collaborations. If you are an IT, Agriculture, or Food Science student looking for a case study or internship, please send a formal proposal to our administration.
Is the Himalayan Dairy & Agrovet Research Center government-certified?
Yes, we operate in full compliance with the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) of Nepal. Our facility meets all national safety standards for dairy processing and agro-research.
